Agile Elder Law Attorney
Elizabeth "Liz" Wallace
Liz was born in Spokane, but she lived in Georgia and Iowa for much of her formative years.

After college, Liz decided that she wanted to make a permanent home in the Inland Northwest and returned to Spokane, where she went to law school at Gonzaga University.

Her father died suddenly just after she graduated from law school, and her mother died a few years later.
Though Liz spent much of her first years as a lawyer working on cases in family law and bankruptcy (which had been her father's practice areas), she always felt an affinity for the problem-solving and planning involved in certain areas of elder law.

This area of law became her passion, and for more than a decade she has been striving to find new and better ways to serve her clients.

For four years, Liz has served on the Tri-Cities Estate Planning Council, and in 2019, she opened Agile Elder Law, serving the Tri-Cities, Spokane, all of Eastern Washington and North Idaho.

Liz is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Idaho Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Benton-Franklin County Bar Association, Spokane County Bar Association, and Tri-Cities Estate Planning Council, and has been an adjunct professor at Gonzaga School of Law.
